The character is named Harold and he has just joined the GhostBuster team and meets danny phantom. Danny Phantom is a character starring in nickelodeons tv series of the same name. Nickelodeon famous for sam & Cat and Spongebob. Newcartoontv is an independent entertainment company producing content for youtube. Were trying to entertain our viewers (and get viewers) with our content. We hope to create all kinds of videos: such as How To Videoes, Live Action shorts, and tons of other fun stuff.
